Mommy & Me Postpartum Fitness

A welcoming, strength-building class for moms with babies or toddlers (age 2 & under). Blend light weights, Pilates, and yoga to restore your core, build functional strength, and reconnect with your body—while keeping little ones close. Crying, crawling, and snack breaks are all part of the flow.

Chair Yoga for Pregnancy & Postpartum

A gentle, grounding class designed for expectant and new moms seeking movement without getting up and down from the floor. Using the support of a chair, we focus on breath, posture, pelvic floor awareness, and mobility—all in a calm, accessible format that meets you exactly where you are.

Postpartum Pilates Mommy & Me

Rebuild core strength and stability with this prop-based Pilates class designed for postpartum moms. We’ll use tools like the magic circle, resistance bands, and small balls to support deep core activation and whole-body strength. Babies and toddlers under 2 are welcome—movement, mess, and mama breaks included.

Prenatal Yoga

A calming, supportive practice for all stages of pregnancy. We use props like bolsters and blocks to create comfort, space, and ease as your body changes. With a focus on breath, subtle movement, and deep connection, this class nourishes both body and mind during this sacred season of life.
