Frequently Asked Questions
Private Reformer Pilates
What makes your Pilates sessions different?
Our private sessions blend traditional reformer Pilates with modern core and pelvic floor science. Every movement is tailored to your body, energy, and stage—whether you're recovering postpartum, pregnant, managing pain, or simply wanting to move with more precision and control.
Can I do reformer Pilates while pregnant or postpartum?
Absolutely. Sessions are adapted to your trimester, birth experience, or recovery needs. Breathwork, alignment, and nervous system support are all built in to ensure it’s safe, restorative, and effective.
Do I need experience to start?
Not at all. Private sessions are perfect for beginners or experienced movers looking for personalized attention. We'll move at your pace and help you reconnect with your core and whole-body strength.
Group Pregnancy & Postpartum Fitness Classes
What types of exercises are included?
Expect a blend of strength training, mobility work, core and pelvic floor restoration, Pilates-informed movement, and breathwork—all modified to fit your body and your season.
How are your classes different from other prenatal or mommy-and-me workouts?
Classes at Full Nest are small, deeply personalized, and intentionally led. Every session is grounded in evidence-based movement and coaching, with individual guidance built into the group setting. You're not just following along—you're learning how to move well.
Can I bring my baby?
Yes. Babies and little ones are always welcome. We’ve created a space where motherhood is honored—not something to work around.
T2Free: Postpartum Power
What is T2Free?
T2Free: Postpartum Power is a Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) recognized by the CDC and tailored specifically for moms with a history of gestational diabetes. It combines lifestyle coaching, movement, and community support to reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes.
Why is this program important after gestational diabetes?
Women who’ve had gestational diabetes are up to 10x more likely to develop type 2. T2Free supports you during the critical postpartum window—when evidence shows the right strategies can reduce that risk by over 58%.
What makes your DPP different?
This isn’t a lecture in a hospital classroom. It’s movement-based, real-life focused, and created for the rhythm of motherhood. We talk about what actually matters in this season: energy, food choices, stress, sleep, and making small shifts that last.
Can I join if I’m more than a year postpartum?
Yes. Many women enter the program within the first 1–3 years postpartum and up to 5 years is welcome. If you’ve had gestational diabetes and want to take proactive steps, this program was built with you in mind.
Deep Health Coaching
What is Deep Health Coaching?
It’s personalized, whole-person coaching that explores how sleep, stress, movement, nutrition, and mindset interact to support your wellness. It’s not a quick fix—it’s a shift in how you care for yourself long-term.
How is this different from health advice I can find online?
This isn’t a plan to follow—it’s a process of becoming. Coaching helps you uncover what’s working, what’s not, and what kind of woman you want to be in this season. We build habits from the inside out, at your pace, with real support.
Is this only for postpartum women?
Not at all. Coaching is for anyone ready to shift their health with intention. Many of our clients are postpartum, perimenopausal, or navigating life transitions that impact energy, hormones, and identity.
