Postpartum Power
A lifestyle program for moms supporting wellness after gestational diabetes.
A lifestyle program for moms after gestational diabetes.
For many women, the postpartum chapter begins with unanswered questions and unfinished care. After a diagnosis of gestational diabetes, the support often ends at delivery—despite the fact that moms are up to 10 times more likely to develop type 2 diabetes in the years that follow.
Postpartum Power was built to change that. This is a CDC-recognized Diabetes Prevention Program designed specifically for postpartum women, with everything tailored to fit into the real, beautiful, messy rhythm of motherhood.
No hospital handouts. No sterile classrooms. No pressure to be perfect. Just a welcoming space, expert guidance, and a group of moms who are showing up for their future health—together.
Why It Matters:
Moms who complete The Postpartum Power Lifestyle Program are proven to reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes by 58% or more. And when that support is combined with movement and meaningful connection, the benefits go far beyond blood sugar.
You’ll rebuild strength. Regain trust in your body. And take powerful, proactive steps toward a healthier future—for you and your family.
This isn’t a just another class. It’s a community. And you belong here.
Come as you are. Bring your baby. Protect your future.
What to Expect:
16 weeks of virtual or in-person sessions (fun local outings), focused on realistic, sustainable changes for blood sugar balance, energy, and long-term wellness. 8 month maintenance progam.
Integrated movement in every session, including core and pelvic floor work and breath-based exercises designed for postpartum bodies
Digital resources
A community of moms who get it—sharing space, supporting each other, and often showing up with a baby in tow
Practical nutrition strategies without tracking, restriction, or fad rules
Conversations that make sense for this season: sleep, stress, identity, real-life habits, and protecting your health while parenting
A space where children are welcome, and where your needs are taken seriously—even if your hair’s in a bun and your shirt’s stained
Loads of family friendly recipes and cooking resources
This Isn’t Just for You, Mom
The first year after gestational diabetes is about more than recovery—it’s a powerful opportunity to build generational health.
When you focus on your wellness during this season, you’re not only supporting your own energy, confidence, and well-being—you’re shaping the health patterns your family will carry forward. The choices you make now influence how your child experiences food, movement, stress, and self-care from the very beginning.
Babies learn by watching. From how meals are prepared and enjoyed, to how your home feels around nourishment and balance, these early experiences quietly form the foundation for lifelong habits. Tastes are shaped early. Routines are modeled early. And the way health shows up in daily life starts with you.
Postpartum Power is designed to help you feel stronger, more energized, and more confident after gestational diabetes—while creating an environment where wellness becomes the norm for your whole family. This isn’t about perfection. It’s about building healthy patterns now so they don’t have to be undone later.
By investing in your health today, you’re helping protect the next generation tomorrow.
Because generational health starts with supported moms—and when moms flourish, families do too.

“There’s a critical window in the first year or two after giving birth—especially after gestational diabetes—when the right support can change everything. T2Free was created to meet moms in that window with movement, community, and a plan that actually fits real life. We’re not waiting for type 2 to happen. We’re doing something about it now.”
