Meet Amanda Hershberg, NBC-HWC, CPT, PCES, RYT-200
Founder of Full Nest Wellness, Amanda brings over 20 years of experience in movement, with more than 40 certifications across fitness and nutrition. She’s a twin mom, certified in Pilates and yoga, personal trainer, pregnancy & postpartum corrective exercise specialist, and nationally board-certified in health & wellness coaching. With a realistic, approachable style, Amanda specializes in core and pelvic floor recovery, working closely with Doctors of Physical Therapy to support women from pregnancy through postpartum. She’s guided thousands of women to move, heal, and thrive in their motherhood era. As a UVA-trained CDC Diabetes Prevention Program Coach & creator of T2Free: Postpartum Power, she offers both expert guidance and genuine empathy—meeting you where you are, and helping you move forward with confidence.
