The Progressive, Four-Part Series
This in-person course series is designed to meet you where you are and move you forward through four progressive phases. Whether you're new to movement or looking to fine-tune your practice, each course will support your unique needs and help you build a strong foundation for lasting wellness.
1. Groundwork
Connect from the ground up.
This floor-based course focuses on breath, core coordination, and pelvic floor awareness—laying the foundation for strength, stability, and confidence.

2. Core Progressions
Strengthen your center with intention.
Blending functional movement with Pilates-inspired core work, this course supports postural strength, core coordination, and whole-body alignment.

3. Lift Like a Mother
Build strength for real life.
This course reintroduces foundational lifts—squats, hinges, presses, and rows—with a focus on safely supporting the core and pelvic floor. Learn how to lift with intention and confidence.

For women cleared for strength training and ready to load up safely.
4. Run Like a Mother
Build power and impact resilience.
This six-week progressive course is for women returning to (or starting) running after birth. It begins with core, hip, and foot stability, progressing into form, drills, and a supported run.
