Our signature program, T2Free: Postpartum Power, guides women with a history of gestational diabetes in reducing their risk for type 2 diabetes through proven, evidence-based support. You’ll receive coaching that is rooted in science, personalized for your reality, and delivered with the care this season of life deserves.

Founder of Full Nest Wellness
Amanda Hershberg is a nationally board-certified health and wellness coach with a specialized focus on women’s health after pregnancy. With over 20 years of experience and more than 40 certifications in fitness, nutrition, and behavior change, she brings a rare combination of clinical insight and compassionate support to every client relationship.
As the founder of Full Nest Wellness and creator of T2Free: Postpartum Power, Amanda guides women with a history of gestational diabetes in reducing their long-term risk of type 2 through evidence-based, lifestyle-driven coaching. She was trained through the University of Virginia to deliver the CDC’s Diabetes Prevention Program and is proud to offer the first DPP in the state designed specifically for mothers.
Her coaching blends movement, mindset, and metabolic support in a way that’s deeply personalized, realistic, and built to fit the rhythm of motherhood. A certified personal trainer, Pilates and yoga instructor, and pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist, Amanda’s approach is grounded in both science and empathy.
